We will be happy to issue you with a landlord's confirmation of residence for registration with the local authority after payment has been received.

Coach house120 sqm
The former coach house offers you plenty of comfort and absolute privacy on 2 levels totalling 120 sqm. The original half-timbered house from 1910 has been renovated with great attention to detail and designed in an Asian lifestyle. On the ground floor you will find your own sauna, terrace, lounger and 2 sofa beds, which can be converted into a large sofa bed. There is a separate shower right next to the sauna. On the ground floor there is also a separate toilet and your own washing machine and tumble dryer. A spiral staircase takes you up to the second floor to your large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with oven, dishwasher and dining area. The adjoining cosy living room with decorative fireplace invites you to linger. From here you enter the bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed and adjoining walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom. The coach house has its own free WLAN. A car park can be booked free of charge if required.

You will appreciate the spacious basement flat not only in summer. The 85 sqm flat has large rooms and its layout makes it ideal for up to 4 guests. The large bedroom has a 1.80 m wide double bed, plenty of storage space and a small table. The large living room has a sofa bed and two further sofas as well as plenty of storage space. Complemented by the large, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen and the large bathroom with bathtub, the flat is the perfect accommodation for families and 2 guests sleeping separately.
